The AEWTASS team is a collective of 26 experienced and qualified experts – mostly of people with African ancestry – with an academic background in education, journalism, science, management and art & culture.

In this context, AEWTASS also supports the UN International Decade for People of African Descent and the SDGs (education sector) which the state of Austria has ratified. In addition, we welcome a proposed national action plan against racism and discrimination as well as the training for civil servants on the subject of intercultural competence, as it is anchored in the current Austrian government program 2020-2024 – “Aus Verantwortung für Österreich” We are convinced that we can make a valuable contribution to realizing this government program.
